HEXGON WEST LLC serves clients 24 hours per day, 7 days per week including holidays. We are available to serve clients and their families at their convenience. We will assess and provide services at times that work best for them. Appointments can be scheduled over the telephone any time. Normally, a client must book a Caregiver for a 4-hour minimum. The Administrator can make exceptions in special circumstances.
